1. Introduction

Welcome to InsightBridge. This User Agreement, Privacy Notice, and Safety Disclosure ("Agreement") explains the terms on which you may access and use the InsightBridge platform, website, applications, tools, dashboards, AI features, check-ins, conversations, insights, reports, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What InsightBridge Is

InsightBridge is an AI-supported personal insight, reflection, and behavioral intelligence platform operated by Insight Crossing, Inc. It is designed to help users engage in structured reflection, monitor patterns, receive AI-generated insights, and, where applicable, receive human professional review or oversight as part of a selected service tier.

The Platform may include features such as daily check-ins, AI-guided conversations, weekly conversations, risk review workflows, insights dashboards, progress summaries, behavioral trend analysis, and professional review tools.

3. What InsightBridge Is Not

InsightBridge is not a hospital, emergency service, crisis hotline, psychiatric facility, or emergency response provider. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, InsightBridge is not providing medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency intervention through the Platform itself.

AI outputs on the Platform are screening, support, organizational, and reflective tools. They are not a substitute for in-person judgment, emergency care, or independent professional evaluation.

4. Important Safety Notice

You must not use InsightBridge as a substitute for emergency help.

If you may be at immediate risk of harming yourself or someone else, or if you are in immediate danger, do not wait for a response through the Platform. Call local emergency services immediately.

In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger, and 988 is available 24/7 for suicidal crisis or emotional distress (988 Lifeline).

If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency services or local crisis resources immediately.

5. What You Should Expect From the Platform

By using InsightBridge, you understand and agree to the following:

  • The Platform may use AI to review, summarize, organize, flag, or analyze information you provide.
  • Some service tiers may include human review, oversight, or optional professional involvement, while others may not.
  • The Platform may identify safety-related concerns and route them for review, but it does not guarantee real-time monitoring, immediate response, or emergency intervention unless expressly stated in a separate written service agreement.
  • AI and human review may at times be incomplete, delayed, or mistaken.
  • You remain responsible for seeking appropriate emergency, medical, psychiatric, legal, or other professional help when needed.

6. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are legally able to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If the Platform is offered to minors in any context, additional parental or guardian consent requirements may apply. Unless expressly permitted by Insight Crossing, Inc., the Platform is intended for adults.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate registration information;
  • keep your login credentials secure;
  • use the Platform lawfully and responsibly;
  • avoid uploading content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or deceptive;
  • not rely on the Platform for emergency response;
  • seek immediate outside help in a crisis;
  • use the Platform as one tool among others, not as your sole source of support for urgent or serious mental health needs.

8. Consent to Data Collection and Use

In order to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Platform, Insight Crossing, Inc. may collect and use information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Platform, and technical information associated with access and usage.

This may include, as applicable: account and profile information; check-in responses; conversation inputs and summaries; engagement data; usage logs; device, browser, and access data; support communications; safety-related flags, reviews, and workflow records; progress, trend, and insight data generated by the Platform.

We use this information to operate the Platform, provide features you request, maintain account functionality, improve performance, support safety workflows, troubleshoot problems, detect misuse, comply with legal obligations, and develop better tools and services.

9. Consent to Aggregated and De-Identified Analytics

By using InsightBridge, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Insight Crossing, Inc. may create and use aggregated, anonymized, and/or de-identified data and metadata derived from Platform activity in order to better understand behavioral, emotional, engagement, and digital-psychology trends, improve safety systems, improve product performance, develop new features, and support internal research, reporting, and business intelligence.

This may include, for example, analysis of: overall mood trends across users; engagement and retention trends; theme frequency and behavioral pattern trends; risk trend distributions; timing patterns, such as activity windows or inactivity gaps; aggregate shifts in stress, burnout, motivation, or other non-identifying trend categories; emerging population-level patterns that help us improve the Platform.

This analysis is intended to use data in a form that does not identify you personally and is not reasonably intended to single you out as an individual. You agree that Insight Crossing, Inc. may use such aggregated and de-identified information for internal analytics, product improvement, safety enhancement, benchmarking, quality assurance, business operations, and research and development.

10. Individual Safety Review and Risk Flagging

You understand and agree that InsightBridge may use automated systems, and in some tiers human review, to screen conversation summaries or other inputs for possible safety concerns. These tools may attempt to identify elevated risk, changes in language, escalating distress, or related indicators in order to help prioritize review.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • these tools are screening tools only;
  • they are not diagnostic systems;
  • they may generate false positives or false negatives;
  • they do not guarantee detection of all risks;
  • they do not guarantee real-time intervention;
  • they are designed to support, not replace, human judgment.

Where applicable, risk flags may trigger internal workflow steps such as review queues, alerts, outreach attempts, supervisor review, or other safety-related internal actions. However, nothing in the Platform constitutes a guarantee that any specific action will occur within any particular timeframe unless separately promised in writing.

11. Human Oversight and Professional Services

Some InsightBridge offerings may involve professionals, reviewers, coaches, consultants, or oversight personnel. The scope of any such service depends on the service tier, contract, and offering selected.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • no ongoing therapist-patient relationship is created merely by using the Platform;
  • no duty of continuous monitoring is assumed;
  • no guarantee is made that every entry will be reviewed in real time;
  • no guarantee is made that a professional will contact you following every flagged event.

If your tier includes optional review conversations or professional oversight, those services remain subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable scope limitations.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

Insight Crossing, Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information and maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

However, no platform, website, database, email channel, API, cloud environment, or electronic transmission method is completely secure. By using the Platform, you understand that there is always some risk associated with electronic storage, transmission, or processing of information.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to: operate the Platform; use service providers and subprocessors; comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate misuse, fraud, or abuse; address urgent safety concerns, where permitted or required.

13. Data Sharing With Service Providers

We may use trusted vendors, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communications tools, cloud platforms, AI providers, and workflow automation providers to help operate the Platform. Such providers may process information on our behalf subject to contractual and operational controls.

Where possible and appropriate, we aim to minimize the amount of identifying information disclosed and limit access to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

14. Breach, Security Incident, and Risk of Disclosure

Although we work to protect user information, unauthorized access, security incidents, or data breaches can occur. Depending on how a health app is structured and what laws apply, breach notification obligations may arise under FTC rules and, in some cases, other legal frameworks.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that no system can promise absolute security, and you accept the inherent risks of using internet-based and AI-enabled services.

15. Communications Consent

By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receiving communications from Insight Crossing, Inc. related to your account, service updates, safety notices, administrative messages, legal notices, and, where applicable, alerts and reminders by email, in-app message, dashboard notice, or other contact methods you provide.

You are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

16. User Content and License

You retain your rights in the content you submit, to the extent permitted by law. However, you grant Insight Crossing, Inc. a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, and use your submitted content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, review, improve, and support the Platform, including the generation of summaries, insights, risk workflows, and de-identified aggregate analytics described in this Agreement.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or exploit the Platform;
  • upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content;
  • impersonate another person;
  • interfere with other users' access;
  • use the Platform to generate unlawful, abusive, or deceptive outputs;
  • use the Platform to replace emergency or crisis care.

18. No Guarantee of Outcomes

InsightBridge does not promise any particular personal, emotional, therapeutic, business, medical, academic, or professional outcome. The Platform may provide useful structure and insight, but results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

19. Disclaimer of Medical, Clinical, and Legal Advice

Except where separately and expressly stated in writing, the Platform does not provide medical advice, psychiatric advice, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or emergency services. Platform content is for informational, reflective, organizational, and support purposes only.

20. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion where reasonably necessary to: protect users or third parties; investigate misuse; address legal or compliance risks; respond to nonpayment; maintain Platform integrity; protect safety and security.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

21. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features, tools, pricing, service tiers, workflows, AI systems, review processes, and related services from time to time.

22. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms become effective as stated in the revised version. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Crossing, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insight Crossing, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another.

25. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
