A reflective space between sessions
InsightBridge gives your clients somewhere to keep reflecting between sessions, a guided AI conversation, and a monthly letter written by a real, trained person. Not therapy. Not coaching. A bridge back to the coachingthe therapeutic work you're already doing together.

Coaching moves fast. Insight happens in the session, then life happens in between, and a lot of what surfaced gets lost by the time your client sits back down with you.
InsightBridge gives them a private space to keep working the material in the meantime: process what came up, notice what's repeating, and arrive at the next session with more to bring, not just more to remember.
Therapy asks a lot of the time between sessions, clients are meant to sit with what surfaced, not just recall it a week later under pressure.
InsightBridge gives them a nonclinical space to reflect in the meantime: a guided conversation and a letter from a real person. Never treatment. Never a diagnosis. A place to keep the thread going, not a substitute for the room they sit in with you.
Three parts, each doing one job.
i.
Bridge AI meets your client wherever they are that day, no script, no fixed length. They lead; it listens and reflects back.
ii.
After each session, they get a plain-language recap and a few suggested next steps to carry forward, something to hold onto.
iii.
Each month, an Insight Professional, a real, trained human, reads their reflections and writes back. A person's read, not a bot's.
We built InsightBridge for the space around a coaching relationshipa therapeutic relationship, not to compete with it. That shows up in how it's scoped.
InsightBridge is reflective practice, not therapy. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or claim to do what happens in your sessions.
Every member has an assigned, trained Insight Professional reading their reflections and writing back, a permanent human layer, not an afterthought.
Conversations are screened in real time across three tiers of risk, with a persistent crisis button, local emergency numbers, and direct alerts to the on-call Insight Professional when it matters.
Full conversation transcripts are visible only to your client's assigned Insight Professional and InsightBridge's clinical leadership, never to the wider team, and never to you unless your client chooses to share it themselves.
